Circus Tutu

Stop them in their tacks in this fun multi color tutu skirt. The skirt is made by tying strips of tulle to an elastic waist band and is 20 inches long for adults and around knee length for children.  The colors are royal blue, purple, yellow, coral, and green apple. 

Adults pick your size based on the size chart provided in the pictures. Its always best to use your waist size when deciding which size to choose from.
