Returns and Exchanges for All Tutu Items: All
of my skirts are made to order to fit each customers specific requirements.
Great attention and care is given to make sure every order is made as described
in the items description and with any modifications the customers may have.
Since every skirt is custom made we only allow returns for items that show up
damaged in the mail or made in the wrong style /color than was ordered.
Unfortunately since these items are made to order we do not do exchanges. We will
however help with any issue you may have. If for some reason you absolutely
need to return the item and it does not fall within the damaged during delivery
or made in the wrong size/color criteria there will be a 30% restocking fee and
the shipping cost is non refundable. All items that are returned need to be
packaged and sent back with the same care that we sent it to you. Items should
be placed in a bag as neatly as possible and boxed up. If an item shows up back
at our shop trashed, such wadded up and shoved in a box, or with grass clippings
, animal hair or dirty, and ect., there will be a 50% restocking fee. All shipping
costs are non refundable.
Orders that were bought on sale or customized (for example customized to have specific colors) are not eligible for returns.
If an order is cancelled within the 1 hour time frame there may be a restocking fee of 20% if the order is in the process of being made or has already been finished.
All orders will be sent to the address that is indicated on your receipt during checkout. We are not responsible if your item is sent to an old address or to an address that is incomplete, for example missing an apartment number. If your item is sent back to our shop due to an address related problem, that was not of our doing, we will contact you immediately. You will be offered 2 options: 1) have it sent back to you as long as you pay for the return shipping or 2) a refund where there is a 50% restocking fee and shipping cost is non refundable. If you are messaged about an address related issue please respond in a timely manner so we can resolve the problem quickly.
Note that we are NOT responsible for what happens with customs, whether your item(s) are delayed, VAT/import taxed, or anything else. Please be aware that the tax is to be paid to the country (typically the post office) in order for your package can be delivered. Packages that are returned for failure to pay VAT/import tax or returned for failure to collect the package from the post office will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Refunds minus shipping cost and the 30% restocking fee will be issued within 3 business days once the package has been delivered back to the shop.
