Witch Tutu Skirt - Available in Child and Adult Sizes

Create your costume using this fluffy made to order witch tutu skirt. This skirt is made by tying strips of tulle to an elastic band and comes with a decorative satin black bow. The colors are Black, Orange, Purple, and Green Apple. 

Available in child and adult sizes. Child size 14 through adult sizes will be 20" in length. Child sizes smaller than a 14 will be around knee length. Please message me before purchasing if you would like the skirt longer. 

Adults pick your size based on the size chart provided in the pictures. Its always best to use your waist size when deciding which size to choose from. 

Measuring instructions: 

Simply measure the smallest part of your waist above the navel to get your waist size.
