Perfect for birthday parties, holidays, family photos, and more. the skirt is made by tying strips of tulle to an elastic waist band and has an accent satin bow. Available in child and adult sizes. Child size 14 up through adult size 6XL are made in a 20 inch length. Smaller child sizes are around knee length.
